One Guest per Room $85.00 + 6% PA Sales Tax and 3% Warren County Hotel Tax
Two Guests per Room $105.00 + Taxes
Suites Two Guests per Room $125.00 + Taxes
Third Person with Rollaway Bed In Room $49.50 + taxes
All Rates include our Fabulous Full Cooked Breakfast
$20 fuel charge/wood burning fireplace
$10 fuel charge gas log burning fireplace

Room rates are subject to change without notice. Corporate rates are available for single occupancy (Sunday through Thursday only) and include a full cooked breakfast. Extra person charge is $49.50 and includes breakfast and a roll away bed.

Special rates are available for extended stays of 3 days or more. Private off-street parking is provided. Corporate rates for extended stays are lower. Please contact the innkeeper for more information.

Reservations / Deposit / Cancellations

You may reserve a room at the Horton House with any major credit card. The credit card holds the room for you. When you arrive you may pay cash, personal check or you may use a credit card. We offer an additional 5% discount off the current special rate for cash. We can process all major credits cards but prefer Master Card or Visa. Our cancellation policy is 72 hour notice and we will not charge your card.

Reservations for 3 or more nights or 3 or more rooms require a 1/3 deposit at the time the reservation is accepted. Reservations canceled via phone or email 45 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund. Within 45 days of arrival date one night stay will be deducted for administration costs and the balance will be refunded.

For 15 Years we have been liberal and accommodating with our rates and policies but we must be notified of changes in reservations as soon as possible due to increase demand for the Horton House,Thank You.
For special event weekends, such as weddings, or reunions we require 1/3 deposit for the weekend and cancellation must be 3 months before the event or the deposit is forfeited.

The Horton House specializes in group events such as reunions and weddings and party accomodations.We offer special group rates for these occasions and have an experienced staff to make your event special.If you have an event in mind please call or email us. We can and will help with the planning.

Gift Certificates
from The Horton House Bed & Breakfast continue to be an excellent way to remember special occasions. Our gift certificates may be purchased in any amount and can be used throughout the year.
